When is Hygge’s Black Friday sale?
Our Black Friday sale is live, running from 2–30 November 2026. We’ve launched early to give you plenty of time to explore the range and choose the right e-bike.
Can I still get the Black Friday price if my Cycle to Work voucher arrives after the sale?
Yes. Email orders@hyggebikes.com before 30 November to let us know you’re waiting for your voucher, and we’ll honour the Black Friday price when it arrives.
How long does delivery take?
All models are in stock for our Black Friday event, with delivery within 3–4 working days, while stocks last.
What is your return policy for Black Friday purchases?
Our standard 30-day return policy applies to Black Friday purchases. Unwanted e-bikes must be returned unused, in resellable condition, with their original packaging and tags. Customers cover return shipping costs.
Defective items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery, with a refund or exchange available once the defect is confirmed following inspection.

What warranty comes with my Hygge e-bike?
Every Hygge e-bike comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use, plus a 3-year frame warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
