Hygge E-Bikes are equipped with a 250W motor and provide pedal assistance up to 25 km/h (15.5 mph), meeting UK and EU EPAC requirements. They are also UKCA- and CE-certified.

Hygge city e-bikes are designed for everyday urban cycling, combining electric assistance with a comfortable riding experience for daily commutes, leisurely rides and exploring the city.

Hygge City E-Bikes arrive mostly assembled, ready to ride with no setup required. Simply attach the pedals, align the handlebar and charge the battery before your first ride. These final steps allow you to enjoy your Hygge city e-bike with minimal preparation.

Hygge Bikes offers several flexible ways to spread the cost of your e-bike. At checkout, you can choose PayPal Pay Later or Klarna Pay Later, both offering interest-free payment options subject to eligibility. We also offer 0% APR finance through Novuna Personal Finance, with flexible repayment terms of up to 10 months. We offer two ways to experience a Hygge e-bike before purchasing. You can book a 7-Day Home Test Ride if there isn't a suitable location nearby, or visit one of our retailers, dealers, or Decathlon partners for an in-store test ride.

You can arrange a home test ride through our Test Ride Form. If you prefer to visit a store, you can find your nearest retailer or Decathlon location using our Store Locator. We recommend contacting the store before visiting to confirm bike availability and test ride arrangements.

Our e-bikes include a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use. Coverage includes the battery, motor, electrical components, brake defects and accessories, with 3 years of coverage on the frame and 1 year on the e-bike and components. If you purchased your bike through one of our authorised dealers, you may also be able to arrange warranty support directly through that dealer.

Hygge E-Bikes are compatible with an optional plug-and-play thumb throttle. To order, email orders@hyggebikes.com with your bike model and request to purchase a throttle. Our team will assist you with the next steps. The throttle can be fitted at a suitable position on the handlebar for convenient access. Terms and conditions apply.
