Yes. We offer two ways to experience a Hygge e-bike before purchasing. You can book a 7-Day Home Test Ride if there isn't a suitable location nearby, or visit one of our retailers, dealers, or Decathlon partners for an in-store test ride.

You can arrange a home test ride through our Test Ride Form. If you prefer to visit a store, you can find your nearest retailer or Decathlon location using our Store Locator. We recommend contacting the store before visiting to confirm bike availability and test ride arrangements.

The bike arrives mostly assembled. You'll only need to complete a few simple final steps, such as attaching the pedals and making minor adjustments before your first ride.

The Hygge Vester Step includes a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use. Coverage includes the battery, motor, electrical components, brake defects, and accessories, with 3 years of coverage on the frame and 1 year on the e-bike and components. The Vester and Vester Step share the same motor, battery, range, fat tyres, brakes, suspension, and folding design. The main difference is the frame: the Vester has a traditional crossbar frame, while the Vester Step features a lower step-through frame for easier mounting and dismounting.

Yes. Hygge folding e-bikes are equipped with integrated magnets that help keep the bike securely folded. Once folded, the bike can be pushed alongside you in trolley mode, making it easier to move through stations, storage areas, campsites, and other spaces when you're not riding.

Hygge e-bikes do not come with a throttle as standard, but they are throttle compatible. To purchase a compatible throttle, please contact our support team with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
