The Hygge Virum Auto includes a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use. Coverage includes the battery, motor, electrical components, brake defects, and accessories, with 3 years of coverage on the frame and 1 year on the e-bike and components. Yes. We offer two ways to experience a Hygge e-bike before purchasing. You can book a 7-Day Home Test Ride if there isn't a suitable location nearby, or visit one of our retailers, dealers, or Decathlon partners for an in-store test ride.

Hygge e-bikes do not come with a throttle as standard, but they are throttle compatible. To purchase a compatible throttle, please contact our support team with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
