The Hygge Herlev Auto includes a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use. Coverage includes the battery, motor, electrical components, brake defects, and accessories, with 3 years of coverage on the frame and 1 year on the e-bike and components. Yes. We offer two ways to experience a Hygge e-bike before purchasing. You can book a 7-Day Home Test Ride if there isn't a suitable location nearby, or visit one of our retailers, dealers, or Decathlon partners for an in-store test ride.

Unlike a traditional chain, the Gates carbon belt drive is clean, quiet, and requires very little maintenance. It also eliminates the need for regular chain lubrication, making it ideal for everyday riding and commuting.

Hygge e-bikes do not come with a throttle as standard, but they are throttle compatible. To purchase a compatible throttle, please contact our support team with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
