The Hygge Sorø includes a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use. Coverage includes the battery, motor, electrical components, brake defects, and accessories, with 3 years of coverage on the frame and 1 year on the e-bike and components. Yes. We offer two ways to experience a Hygge e-bike before purchasing. You can book a 7-Day Home Test Ride if there isn't a suitable location nearby, or visit one of our retailers, dealers, or Decathlon partners for an in-store test ride.

Yes. The Hygge

Yes. With 20" x 4" CST fat tyres, dual suspension, hydraulic disc brakes, and a high-torque motor, the Sorø is designed to handle a wide variety of terrain, including gravel tracks, forest trails, towpaths, and uneven roads.

The Sorø combines front suspension with an air mid-shock suspension system to help absorb bumps and uneven surfaces. This improves comfort, traction, and control when riding on rough roads, gravel paths, trails, and mixed terrain.

Hygge e-bikes do not come with a throttle as standard, but they are throttle compatible. To purchase a compatible throttle, please contact our support team with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Yes. The Sorø uses a 250W Ananda motor producing 65Nm of torque, helping riders tackle steeper climbs and challenging terrain with greater confidence and control.
